HOW DO THE DIFFERENT CONSULTATIONS WORK?

Our consults are both in person and over video conferencing (Zoom or WhatsApp video) and we chat through all your concerns and your pet's ailments. A report is typed up along with a diet plan, if your package option includes this, and we work with you to better your pet's health!
ARE YOU OPEN ALL YEAR?
Yes! Our team is here to service you and your pets year-round!
Pet-care and pet taxi services remain open through the festive period as well.
Consultations and corporate development are the only two services that close between Christmas and New Year!
DO YOU HAVE BOARDING FACILITIES?
Unfortunately not yet!
We are firm believers that pets are happier and less stressed in their own homes, but are working towards having our own kennel space soon for those not-so-stressed pets that do well away from home.
This is why we have multiple pet-sitting options for you to choose from in the interim - from overnights. full days and check-ins.
CAN WE ORDER IF WE DON'T LIVE IN CAPE TOWN?
Yes of course! We have multiple nationwide shipping options for all our shelf-stable products.
The only products that we cannot ship are our freezo or cold-store products. Those are sadly limited to Cape Town only.
