Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines are based on the delivery option you select. An external courier service is booked (either Postnet or The Courier Guy).
Collection is available at our designated collections address.
All deliveries and collections are 2 days after order placement and payment.
Orders over R1800.00 qualify for free delivery.
Cape Town deliveries
Booked with your delivery choice. Shipping takes 2 - 3 business days.
Johannesburg and surrounds deliveries
Booked with your delivery choice. Shipping takes 3 - 4 business days.
Returns Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify. Please provide images should it be damaged by the courier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable or pre-frozen goods.
