Eco-Vet Fear Remedy

INDICATIONS
 
ECO-FEAR is an oral homeopathic medicine which helps animals to cope in stressful situations, especially being exposed to loud noises or being transported or exposed to new or unfamiliar surroundings.
 
ECO-FEAR is specifically formulated to help relieve fear, anxiety and nervousness in animals.
 
ECO-FEAR will be beneficial:
During thunderstorms or celebrations involving the use of fire-crackers and fireworks.
To help relieve the stress of being transported or rehomed.
To help reduce the stress the animals at shows or in performance arenas.
To help relieve the nervousness and improve the focus of animals being trained.
To reduce the anxiety experienced by animals at grooming or doggie parlours.
To reduce the stress of animals in shelters and in foster care.
To help prepare an animal to be moved to a new environment.
To assist in the treatment of feather plucking in parrots.
 
Frequency of dose
 
ECO-FEAR is most effective when 3 doses are given over a period of 12 hours before a stressful event.
When used to assist in recovery from an unexpected stress situation, give ECO-FEAR at 30 minutes intervals for 3 doses.
 
Give the prescribed dose of the medicine at least 10 minutes away from food or other remedies or supplements.  If you are using more than one Eco-Vet medicine at a time, please give the medicines 10 minutes apart for maximum efficacy.
 
Preparation of medicine and directions for administration
 
ECO-FEAR is prepared in 20% ethanol and should therefore be diluted before giving it to your animal.
 
While water is the best medium for administration, if your pet does not tolerate the water, you can substitute milk. As a last resort, you can give it on a little treat, but this may delay or impact the efficacy of the medicine.
 
When you are able to administer the medicine directly into your pet’s mouth, dilute the medicine in clean water and allow it to stand for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to evapourate. You can then administer the recommended dose of the diluted medicine directly into the mouth using a clean dry plastic spoon or syringe.
 
Alternatively you can add the recommended dose of the medicine to the animal’s drinking water, stir with a plastic spoon and leave to stand for a few minutes to allow any alcohol to evapourate before giving it to your pet. Be sure to make up fresh drinking water at least once a day or whenever the water is soiled or dirty.
 
DOSING CHART: 
 
CATS & SMALL DOGS
( < 8 kg)
Add 10 drops of ECO-FEAR to 5 ml clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes.
Administer 0,5 – 1,0 ml of the diluted mixture directly into the mouth. Alternatively, add 10 drops of ECO-FEAR per 100 ml drinking water.
MEDIUM DOGS
(8- 15 kg)
Add 10 drops of ECO-FEAR to 2 ml clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes.
Administer the diluted mixture directly into the mouth.
LARGE DOGS
( > 15 kg)
Add 20 drops of ECO-FEAR to 2 ml clean water and leave to stand for a few minutes.
Administer the diluted mixture directly into the mouth.
